BODY PUMP

For anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast. This full-body workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body and increase core strength. This type of training exhausts muscles using light weights and performing high repetitions, enabling you to develop lean, athletic muscle.

BODY COMBAT

An energetic workout to get you fit, fast and strong. The ultimate warrior workout to develop co-ordination and release stress. Destroy calories and learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Get a whole body workout that targets every muscle group.

BODY ATTACK

A simple, high-energy fitness class for all levels to improve stamina and coordination. Experience high intensity sports training moves from jumping to squats to improve fitness levels.

BALANCE

The yoga, tai chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. Improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you focus your mind and reduce stress levels. A holistic programme designed to tone, relax and renew your body and mind.

ASHTANGA YOGA

An intense, physical style of dynamic yoga, this method synchronizes breath and movement with a series of postures to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body and detoxify muscles and organs. Ashtanga yoga is great for building core strength and toning the body.

KARATE

INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION FOR BEGINNERS IS AVAILABLE AT RECEPTION. Karate will help to boost self-esteem and inspire self-confidence. Children Ages from 8years up… ALL WELCOME

FREESTYLE DANCE

Making you look good on the dance floor, whilst improving your hand eye coordination and your fitness. it is a fun and easy class that helps to tone your entire body.

LES MILLS GRIT STRENGTH

30 minute high-intensity interval training, designed specifically to improve strength and build lean muscle. This class uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. This class takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspiration coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

STEP & FREESTYLE STEP

A low impat, fun class that will help improve your fitness. Exercises are performed to music whilst using an elevated studio step.

STRETCH & TONE

In this class you will tone your entire body. You will work your muscles to help increase flexibility whilst increasing your strength. 

YOGA / PILATES

A class that will help you develop strength, balance and flexibility through controlled breathing. A mixture of static poses with a flow of movement from pose to pose. A great low-impact class for all ages.

YIN YANG YOGA

The combination of floor-based poses for a longer period of time with dynamic moves, flows and standing poses. The perfect class for stress relief, improving flexibility and encouraging mindfulness.

HATHA FLOW YOGA

Using breath, meditation and postures this class helps to align the body with the mind. Focusing particularly on the spine this style of yoga concentrates on a strong steady flow from posture to posture, helping to increase strength, openness and stillness.

TONING CIRCUITS

All the exercises in this class are tailored to work multiple muscle groups, helping to tone your entire body. This class will help to increase your stamina, burn body fat and build muscle all at the same time.
