I’m Nikola and originally from sunny Slovakia. I then moved and studied in Scotland and now to England where I’ve been a fully qualified Personal Trainer for 7 years, during which time Pinky Promise Personal Training was formed.

My training plans are individually tailored to the client’s specific requirements and their end goals.
I offer one-to-one Personal Training as well as group sessions as I appreciate (from experience) how some of us like to train by ourselves and how others prefer the group environment where they can feel at ease or be spurred on with their friends.
I offer regular check ins, weigh-ins, before/after progress photos, fitness assessments and full body measurements courtesy of my high tech Tanita scales so we’ll be able to regularly gauge results and amend our training as necessary.
Additionally I also offer a 24/7 text, email and WhatsApp contact service for all OOH questions or advice that’s needed between sessions.
