I hope you are as excited as I am to have an opening date of 25th July at 7.30am, I am also pleased to announce we will be ready for this date with all the guidelines and safety measures in place for everyone to start benefiting once more from our fitness facilities and looking forward to welcoming you all back to the club.
One of the safety measures the government suggests is a booking system. We are lucky to have one that some of you will have already have used for our spin classes.This is what we will be using for booking all of our sessions in the gym, pool, spa, and all classes. Initially the gym sessions will be for 1 hour, the swim sessions 30 minutes and spa 20 mins. Initially you will be able to book 1 session up to 4 times per week. 1 session is either 1 hour in the gym if you only use the gym or if you book 1 hour in the gym and then 30 mins in the pool (must be straight after your gym booking) these will be classed as 1 session.
We have also created a social workout bubble room where the spinning bikes were, for the use of individual members and their social or family bubble to train together with no access for anyone else during their sessions if this relates to you please email Carrie our marketing/membership person on firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
To use the mywellness system you will need an account which many of you may already have. Once you have an account which you set up using the following link
you then need to download the mywellness app through any app store you have on your phone or other devices.
If you are having any problems setting up an account or downloading the app our reception staff will be available this Wednesday 15th July from 11am to 6.30pm to help you get ready.
To give everyone the same opportunity to book we will be going live with the booking system on Monday 20th July at 10am all bookings are under the class schedule section on the mywellness app and you can view dates up to 2 weeks in advance meaning on Monday you will be able to book dates between 25th July and 2nd August.
We are also looking at other ways to keep all our members fit and well including options to train at home but link up to our live classes from our studio or more outside sessions etc. we will keep you all updated with these changes as an when they happen.
We will also be emailing out the full hygiene and all safety systems early next week once they have been tested by the staff and all staff have been fully trained on the guidelines that have been set by the government.

All current direct debit payments will remain the same either the 6th or 20th of each month which will restart in August. Due to the club closing on 20th March and are not able to re-opening until 25th July, these 5 days will be added onto the end of your membership if and when you cancel your subscription.
Please note that if you have cancelled your direct debit at your bank we will be able to reinstate this on your behalf by emailing email@example.com failure to do this will mean your membership will not be re-activated and additional charges may be applicable.
If you pay your subscription in full then the time we were closed will be added onto your membership, we will send you a renewal notice as normal via email about a month prior to your expiry with the renewal information.
Additional membership/business information
Whilst the club has been closed our membership numbers have reduced mainly due to normal cancellations with various reasons, which we normally balance out with new members. We have also had additional costs of cleaning, social distance products etc. not even looking at the loss of membership fees for the last 4 months, we will be looking at ways to help us recover from this as a business, which may mean additional improvements we had planned have to wait a bit longer due to our priority at present is to ensure we have a very safe environment for our staff, members and visitors to get fit, stay fit to help fight this pandemic.
