It is with a heavy heart that I am sending this email, to confirm the closing of the club again as of 9.30pm Wednesday 4th November instructed by the government, especially when we have worked so hard to keep you all safe to date and we have had no known cases from our club.
I would like to take this opportunity to give a big thank you to all of our staff and franchised businesses for all their efforts to also keep everyone safe during this last 3months.
Lee will be operating a limited take away service from the café on Sat 9am to 12pm & wed 11am-2pm which will be advertised on our face book and website, during these times we will also have someone answering the telephone at the main reception and the supplement shop will be open for click and collect, through our website to either pay on collection or online and collect during the same times as the café is open for takeaways.
We were also going to make a big announcement this week, relating to the ON DEMAND CLASSES through our My wellness app, this is a catalogue of pre-recorded classes from Technogym.
We have decided due the lockdown to give this for free to all of our members throughout November. This is now available on the mywellness app and I hope this will help to keep you motivated for this short break.
When we re-open we will let you know what the additional cost will be for this service.
The only difference to the membership this time compared with the lockdown last march, it was new to us all and we didn’t have an end date of which we do this time thankfully for us all, which means we will reduce all Direct Debit payments to only £10 for the month of November and all upfront payments will have 10days added on with is the equivalent to the £10 retainer fee.
I am sure you will agree this is a very small fee to retain your membership with the Oasis health club, which is a lot less than the 1 Month notice payment required to cancel your membership, you do not need to make any changes to your Direct Debit as we will do this automatically for you and the same for adding the 10days to the upfront payments memberships.
Finally I hope you all make the most of the on demand classes and if anyone that has not managed to get the app on any devices you have at home, phone, tablet or laptop we have arranged a table in the reception area with extra staff to help assist you with this from Tuesday 3rd November between 9am to 9pm and Wednesday 4th November 8am to 9pm.
