I don’t know whether it’s me or not but these darker days are making it harder to get motivated to exercise or to keep fit, however I am keeping the food good most of the time .
I have decided to set myself a target each week to either do some exercise or go for a walk every day that is on top of walking my chocolate Labrador Barney as he is getting older now and cannot cope with the long walks every day, this may change from week to week depending on weather and how I feel, as of a women of my age I am also going through the middle age spread and hormonal issues too of which my husband Ian is all so fully aware off too.
You can always set yourself a weekly target to do the same, my advice though is start small and work up and it does not always have to be exercise it could be whatever you feel will make you feel healthier or happier .
I am reaching out to anyone that also needs some extra motivation I have attached some forms and giving you the option to either write a daily diary of what you eat and or weigh yourself weekly too, and email back every 7days from when you started, if you wish me to email some advice back please let me when you email the information and I will be more than happy to do so.
Stay safe and stay healthy
