Spin Circuit – Thu

30minutes spinning – Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organised activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

30minutes circuits – All the exercises in this class are tailored to work multiple muscle groups, helping to tone your entire body. This class will help to increase your stamina, burn body fat and build muscle all at the same time.
