Our newly refurbished gym incorporates over 165 pieces of Technogym equipment divided into three main areas, free weights, cardio and functional training. Each of these areas offers a wide range of equipment with something to suit everybody. With plenty of equipment, you can challenge yourself and stay motivated.

The Hair Studio

The staff at the Hair Studio have been a friendly face at the Health Club for 12 years, looking after members with over 40 years’ experience within our Creative Team.

Visit The Hair Studio for all your hair needs including Creative Cutting, Creative Colouring and Highlights, Lowlights, Beautiful Tones, Semi Permanents, Bridal Packages and Prom Hair, and Perming. We also offer Smooth and Sleek Blow drying techniques along with Big Volume Hair – the bigger, the better!

The Mental Fitness Company

It is our experience, through 1000’s hours of coaching and counselling, that the majority people do not understand how their mental health is impacted by everyday life.

We do a fairly good job in our society of educating individuals about how to be physically healthy and we are empowered to take care of our physical fitness.

We know that exercising daily and making good choices about our food and drinking water will lead to better physical fitness. But if we were asked what three things could improve our mental fitness – many wouldn’t know where to begin.

Our Mental Fitness is for the majority of people, no different to our physical fitness. We can learn to understand how our brain works and make positive and conscious choices to look after our mental fitness.

Many do not know how to maintain their Mental Fitness and so wait and wait until a crisis before they talk about life.

At The Mental Fitness Company, we seek to redress this imbalance by delivering educational workshops, 1 to 1 (in the form of Life Coaching and Counselling) and tailored Wellbeing Support Packages to small businesses – all of which empower the individual to take control of their health and improve their Mental Fitness.
