Description
Restorative retreat – Sunday retreat 10am-3pm – 22nd October
This day will help you to restore and relax, we often spend all of our time running around.
By combining hatha yoga which is breath work followed by asanas and meditation along
with yoga nidra which is guided meditation in the corpse pose where you are awake but
your body is fully resting your body and mind will reap the benefits. Followed by use of our
pool and spa area and hideaway relaxation room. It will be a day that your body and mind
will thank you for!
