Ideal for members who want to see results and who want to understand their body and how progress can be measured.
A Tanita is a body analyser tool that is a great place to start your fitness journey and then from the tanita we recommend that you also book in for a programme.
A tanita will track your weight, fat mass, BMI, bone density, muscle mass, lean muscle tissue, total body water %, physique rating, metabolic age and body fat%.
To get the best results from the Tanita please don’t eat, drink or exercise for 2 hours prior to your appointment.
Recommended for NEW members who have never used a gym before and members who need some motivation, or who aren’t seeing the results they want from what they are currently doing in the gym.
A programme is where an instructor will spend time putting a programme together for you to follow when you use the gym. This will be based on what goals you want to achieve, the instructor will go through the programme with you during this booking and then you will follow it yourself.
We recommend you change your programme every 6-8 weeks.
Perfect for those members that require to be pushed more and it can be used alongside a programme.
A personal training session is where you pay for a one on one trainer, the personal trainer takes you through your session and motivates you to do all of the activity in the time spent with them. Depending on your goals or fitness needs this can be done more regularly and many personal trainers nowadays also have options to pay for online tutoring and food plans.
All of our instructors also offer personal training independently.
