Oasis offers its visitors a newly refurbished gym, incorporating over 165 pieces of designer Technogym equipment. Our gym is divided into three main areas, based on the selection of equipment available; free weights, cardio, and functional training.
Each of these areas offers a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment, with something to suit every fitness level.
With plenty of equipment to try out, and on-hand guidance from our Oasis Gym staff, you can challenge yourself and stay motivated.
Classes
Most of the fitness classes at Oasis Gym take place in our large air-conditioned studio. There are a minimum of 28 classes per week to choose from, each designed with specific fitness goals in mind.
Whether you are looking to improve core strength, want to lose a few pounds, become more flexible, or simply want to reduce your stress levels, Oasis Gym has something for everyone.

Our luxury pool is 14.5m by 11.5m, and there are 5 bookable lanes that can be reserved for 45 minute sessions through the mywellness app to ensure you have space to swim without bumping into anyone, or getting stuck behind a slower swimmer than you.
Our pool is 4ft deep throughout, so perfect for the low impact cardiovascular fitness classes we hold within the pool, ideal for those looking for gentle exercise.
Our members can also enjoy the fabulous spa facilities at Oasis, which includes a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, perfect for relaxing after a workout!

Fancy a bit of pampering? Oasis beauty and spa are here to help you relax offering facials, massages, waxing, spray tans and more. And you can relax in our Hideaway relaxation room.
One to One Training
If you are looking for a personal programme to help with something specific, losing weight, toning up, building muscle, general fitness why not book a course with one of our personal trainers.
We use Tanita scales which do much more than just check your weight they cover many things like body fat %, visceral fat, body water – hydration levels, muscle mass, BMI, subcutaneous fat and much more.
This information provides you with a number of important statistics about your body. This machine is the only one in the area that goes into such depth and you can use these statistics to accurately track your progress, making sure you’re fit and healthy from head to toe.
OHC Supplements
Your one stop shop for health and nutrition. We are stockists of Per4m protein in many flavours, Olimp products plus many others with a wide range of pre-workouts, creatine, amino acids and vitamins.
Combined with our years of experience in the fitness industry, our wide range of products allows us to cater for all your supplement needs. So whether you’re looking for help with weight loss, lean muscle gains, or general healthy living – we have the products for you.

The Oasis Café Lounge serves a selection of hot and cold food, including burgers, omelettes, jacket potatoes and salads, along with protein shakes, tea, coffee, cold drinks as well as the occasional delicious treat, such as cakes and sweets.
Our cafe is open to both members and the general public and you can either eat in or take away.
