NEW TIMETABLE FROM 9TH MAY  2022 

 30 people per class in our studio, 23 for Body pump and Step, Circuits takes place in the Gym with 20.  Spinning is returning to the spin room max 16. 18 for Aqua. You must book this through the mywellness app,  classes are available to book 2 weeks in advance from 6am for members and 1 week in advance for non members cost for non members £5 per class.

BODY PUMP

For anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast. This full-body workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body and increase core strength. This type of training exhausts muscles using light weights and performing high repetitions, enabling you to develop lean, athletic muscle.

BODY COMBAT

An energetic workout to get you fit, fast and strong. The ultimate warrior workout to develop co-ordination and release stress. Destroy calories and learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Get a whole body workout that targets every muscle group.

ASHTANGA YOGA

An intense, physical style of dynamic yoga, this method synchronizes breath and movement with a series of postures to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body and detoxify muscles and organs. Ashtanga yoga is great for building core strength and toning the body.

KARATE

INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION FOR BEGINNERS IS AVAILABLE AT RECEPTION. Karate will help to boost self-esteem and inspire self-confidence. Children Ages from 8years up… ALL WELCOME

YOGA/PILATES

The yoga and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. Improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you focus your mind and reduce stress levels. A holistic programme designed to tone, relax and renew your body and mind.

STEP/FREESTYLE STEP

A low impat, fun class that will help improve your fitness. Exercises are performed to music whilst using an elevated studio step.

SPINNING

Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organised activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

HIIT

All the exercises in this class are tailored to work multiple muscle groups, helping to tone your entire body. This class will help to increase your stamina, burn body fat and build muscle all at the same time. Short bursts of high energy followed by short periods of rest.

AQUA

Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water such as in a swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that requires water-immersed participants.

YING YANG YOGA

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Helps to build strength, stamina and flexibility.
