  • Aqua – 30 people per class
  • Abs Blast – 30 people per class
  • Body Pump – 25 people per class
  • Circuits – 20 people per class
  • Spinning / Spin Room -16 people per class
  • Water Works – 30 people per class
  • All other Classes – – 30 people per class

Class Booking:

You must book all classes through the mywellness app.

Classes are available to book 2 weeks in advance from 6am for members and 1 week in advance for non members cost for non members £6 per class.
