Family Swim Times (Members only)
Families can use the free swim area during the following times and Must be booked through reception
Normal times (not during school holidays)
Monday 9.45am-10.30am and 3.45pm-4.30pm
Wednesday 9.15am-10am
Friday 4pm-5pm
Sunday 2pm-3pm
Maximum 12 People Per Swim Session –Maximum 2 Adults and 2 Children in 1 Booking. Family swim is for full members of Oasis Health club ONLY and their children and up to 1 guest accompanying adult per booking

Puddleducks
Puddleducks teach swimming lessons from birth upwards they run sessions in our swimming pool on a Thursday morning and afternoon, a Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon. For more information visit puddleducks.com

Swimming Lessons
- Our swimming lessons take place on a Monday and Tuesday evening plus Saturday and Sunday mornings. We currently have spaces for level 1, 2,3 4 and 5 of the Swim England Programme.
- Our lessons cater for 4years+ and are 30minutes long in a group of 4.
- We also offer children and adults one to one lessons.
